The next step and some great news!

It has been such an incredible journey for Cisarua Learning and the CRLC. We thank you a thousand times for your ongoing support.

We are about to launch a fundraiser (our first for over 15 months!!) and this time are are aiming to support one year’s rent and expenses for three of the refugee-led schools in Indonesia (around 700 students), as well the other refugee-led initiatives like the Karate club.

We are really going to need your help to pull this off! If you have ever thought you’d like to support us, now is a great time.

We are going to have some great stories on the CRLC social media pages over the next few weeks, so make sure you keep an eye out and share.

The fundraiser will take the form of Donation Christmas Cards at $25 and $50 each. Each card will be accompanied by a 20 page booklet with our story, and a DVD copy of The Staging Post. (Please let us know if you would like religious non-specific cards and we can arrange)

If you want to hold a fundraising event, we are happy to support you in any way we can; film screenings, Skype presentations, talks, or any other way you suggest!

Thank you so much. Jolyon, Muzafar and Tahira and everyone at the CRLC.

..and the good news?

Our incredible news is that, later this month, the remarkable, steady, strong, calm, supportive and generous manager of the CRLC, Khalil Payeez is leaving for Canada. He has been a rock for the CRLC community for the past 4 years and we cannot express how proud we are of him.

To add to our pride, it was our previous manager, Tahira Razai, who arranged his sponsorship to Canada! What a team and worldwide community we are a part of!

Don’t forget to share the fundraiser!
