Cisarua Learning is an Australian Registered Benevolent Institution which supports refugee-led initiatives in Indonesia and around the world. Our flagship program is the Cisarua (chi-saa-roo-a) Refugee Learning Centre in Indonesia.
Cisarua Learning’s goal is to grow a borderless community of refugees and non-refugees. We provide grants to refugee-led initiatives in Indonesia and Bangkok and encourage the community to share educational opportunities and resources with each other.
The Cisarua Refugee Learning Centre was started in August of 2014 by a small group of refugees, It is entirely refugee-led and is the centre and pride of a refugee community.
