From Karate, to Violin and Poetry

We are so proud of everyone you took part in our 8-hour live telethon last week. Together we raised $16,549 on Facebook, and $12,050 through our website. Totalling $28,599. Thank you so much to everyone who donated.

During the telethon, the refugee community raised more than money, they raised their voice. Through songs, poems, speeches, discussions, performances, plays, art, karate and much much more they shared their messages; that 10 years is too long’ that refugees have much to offer, and that they deserve an opportunity to contribute and share their skills. Please consider making a donation and supporting their efforts.

The campaign is open for the next three days and 100% of any donation goes directly to the six refugee-led initiatives, providing education, positive activity and community for well over 1000 refugees. If you can help. please visit the links above and below.
